On 11th January, the completion and acceptance meeting of 5MW rooftop distributed photovoltaic power generation project of DAJI was held in the technical building of Daji Steel Tower Company. The project successfully passed the completion and acceptance.
Wang Lixin (Chief Engineer), Wang Qiang (Production Director), Xu Bo (Manager of General Manager's Work Department),and relevant staffs of DAJI attended the completion and acceptance meeting.
After on-site inspection and data checking, the acceptance team considered that the roof distributed photovoltaic power generation project of Daji Steel tower Company The Company has been completed according to the approved design scale and design scheme, the design of the main buildings and electro-mechanical equipments complied with the specifications. The quality of engineering construction met the design requirements. Devices operated normally. It has achieved relatively obvious social benefits, economic benefits, energy saving, emission reduction and environmental protection benefits, which is in line with the acceptance standard of photovoltaic power generation project. Thus, the project would be passed.
Distributed photovoltaic power generation project is not only the company's response to the call of the State Grid Corporation of China (SGCC) and China Southern Power Grid Company Limited (CSG) to promote the transformation of the green low-carbon supply chain, but also an important decision-making deployment to build a new generation of green intelligent factories, to promote the company's green,low-carbon and high-quality development, to optimise the company's power consumption structure, reduce costs and increase efficiency. The project started construction on 19th September last year. It was combined to the grid on 15th December, and was completed and accepted on 11th January this year. In the construction of the project, the company overcame a series of difficulties such as cross operation safety control, power outage affecting the production schedule, etc., using its own resource endowment, making full use of unused roofs to build a photovoltaic power generation project to further revitalise the fixed assets, saving electricity costs for the enterprise, and increasing efficiency.
The successful acceptance and operation of the PV project is a milestone for DAJI to build a new generation of green intelligent factory. DAJI will, as always, respond to the call of the national green transformation, live up to the new era of "green" mission shouldered by the steel tower manufacturing industry, earnestly practice the concept of energy saving and carbon reduction, and make every effort to write the answer sheet of Daji Steel Tower's green and low-carbon development.
