In order to enable new employees to understand Daji Group, be familiar with the Group's various business segments, enhance the sense of belonging to the Group, and faster integrate into the work role. On 26 April, the Group organised the new employees more than 50 persons to the spring company, hot spring resort, real estate companies, garden companies, squirrels tribes for observation and learning, and held a group building activities in the squirrels tribes.
The new employees firstly came to the spring water company, listened to the company's responsible person about the development of the spring water company, product type, water source, production process and technology and so on. They are led by the person in charge of the spring water company, visited the production workshop and production line of the spring water company.
In the hot spring resort, the staff of the resort introduced the basic situation of the hot spring resort and the upgrading and transformation, and patiently explained and led them to visit the hot spring centre, the observation deck and other characteristics of the functional areas.
In the real estate company, the new employees visited the group's development of Daji Gongyuan district, listened to the staff of the scale of Daji Gongyuan features and other aspects of the introduction.
Afterwards, the new employees visited the garden company and the squirrel tribe, and carried out group building activities in the squirrel tribe.
Under the organisation of the host, the new employees formed four groups and carried out ice-breaking activities to eliminate the sense of strangeness and bring them closer to each other. Subsequently, a competition was held between the groups. Each team completed the team name and team logo design and display within the specified period; the team passed hula hoops, "pair of touch", "blindfolded fight", "dragon boat race" and other fun competitions. "During the competition, each group competed with each other. During the competition, each group competed with each other. Group members united and cooperated with each other to fight for the honour of their own group.
Through this observation and study, the new employees had a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the Group's various business units. At the same time, it also enhanced mutual understanding among colleagues, drew in the distance between colleagues, and promoted unity. In the future, we must perform their duties and responsibilities, and actively integrate into the enterprise on the position basis, to contribute to the development of the Group's own strength.
